A professional at heart
Richard Croxford is a seasoned professional actor, voice artist, director, and writer with many years of experience to his credit. Known for being a hard worker, amenable, warm, caring, friendly, and fun, he has worked in a variety of theatres from tiny local companies to international tours and London's West End. Inspired by a lifelong passion
Richard was fortunate enough to have parents who loved going to the theatre and cinema, fostering a passion for them very early on. Initially, he just wanted to act, but as his experience grew, so did his thirst for learning about all aspects of the business. This led to directing and running two wonderful theatre companies, Replay Theatre Company and The Lyric Theatre Belfast, both of which are still thriving today. Now a freelance artist again, Richard is able to go where the next job takes him, with each new experience building on the previous ones and keeping him enthralled with the wonderful world of performance.
